Good afternoon everyone!
I hope you all have had a fantastic semester (only five more weeks!). I apologize in advance for the lengthy post, but trust that I am about to share some exciting news with you.. We are having our Spring Concert/Banquet!! :D
This event will take place, Monday May 17th from 6-8pm @ Still Family Farm. Listed below is all of the information you need to know about this event:
Masks and social distancing will be adhered to at ALL times.
In order for your student to perform, they MUST attend their group’s rehearsal after school in the courtyard:
May 10th 4pm-5:30pm:
Intermediate Women’s (1st Block)
May 13th 4pm-5:30pm:
Intermediate Mixed (2nd Block)
May 14th 4pm-5:30pm:
Advanced Women’s (3rd Block)
If they do not attend the rehearsal, they will not be eligible to sing with their group at the concert.
Please let me know via email by May 7th if your student will not be attending rehearsal.
Concert attire:
Concert black (dress pants, black skirt, black shirt, professional attire)
Please wear something that will go down to your knee (minimum)
SENIORS: Any Hillgrove color that meets the attire requirements from above
Finally: If your student will not be in attendance, I MUST know via email by Friday, May 14th @ 11:59pm.
