Spring Concert/Banquet

Good afternoon everyone!


I hope you all have had a fantastic semester (only five more weeks!). I apologize in advance for the lengthy post, but trust that I am about to share some exciting news with you.. We are having our Spring Concert/Banquet!! :D


This event will take place, Monday May 17th from 6-8pm @ Still Family Farm. Listed below is all of the information you need to know about this event:

  • Masks and social distancing will be adhered to at ALL times.

  • In order for your student to perform, they MUST attend their group’s rehearsal after school in the courtyard:

    • May 10th 4pm-5:30pm:

      • Intermediate Women’s (1st Block)

    • May 13th 4pm-5:30pm:

      • Intermediate Mixed (2nd Block)

    • May 14th 4pm-5:30pm:

      • Advanced Women’s (3rd Block)

    • If they do not attend the rehearsal, they will not be eligible to sing with their group at the concert.

    • Please let me know via email by May 7th if your student will not be attending rehearsal.

  • Concert attire:

    • Concert black (dress pants, black skirt, black shirt, professional attire)

      • Please wear something that will go down to your knee (minimum)

    • SENIORS: Any Hillgrove color that meets the attire requirements from above



Finally: If your student will not be in attendance, I MUST know via email by Friday, May 14th @ 11:59pm.
